ANNE GLORIOSO
Anne Glorioso has over 25 years of experience as a Benefits Expert and has worked on both the fully insured and self-insured side of benefits. She is also the President and owner of SHN, Inc. SHN, Inc. has been bringing benefits expertise to the table for large corporations, unions, small businesses, government entities, and individuals for over 26 years. Her expertise focuses on the Employer and the benefits arena, Claims administration, benefits consulting, prescription drug plan management, stop loss coordination, ERISA compliance, tax compliance, worker’s compensation solutions, and Voluntary Employee Benefit Associations (VEBA). Glorioso worked directly with the IRS and Health Care Tax Credit (HCTC) assisting them with enrolling over 5,000 individuals into the HCTC program.
Glorioso developed and led large projects such as the ArcelorMittal USA VEBA providing benefit services to over 100,000 eligible retirees; assisted in starting up and administering Simplicity Health Plans. She also founded DWorks which provides administrative services for the Retiree Drug Subsidies and has collected over $120 million on behalf of her clients since 2006. Glorioso is a graduate of Kent State University and resides in Northeast, Ohio.
PETE KAPLAN
Pete Kaplan holds a Series 7, 63, 66 Investment Advisor Rep (fee for service), Ck(p), Life, Health, Variable Annuity, Property and Casualty license. He also sits on the board and is a founding member of the Retirement Plan Advisory Committee which represents over 7,000 advisors for one of the largest independent broker-dealers (The Advisor Group – owned and operated by AIG) in the country. He currently manages over 300 million dollars in assets.
Pete Kaplan, has been in business since 1993, and the President and co-founder of PK Financial Group Inc. since 2003. Kaplan previously held a position at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as an Investment Advisor Representative. He trained at the World Trade Center Headquarters in 1994 and began his career in Northeastern Ohio, specializing in 401(k) and individual wealth management. Kaplan is one of the first 75 professionals in the U.S. to earn a 401(k) certification at The Retirement Advisor University at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Kaplan graduated from Kent State University with a BA in Business Administration and a core in Finance.

ALEXANDRA GRANAKIS
Alexandra Granakis has several years of experience in the benefits industry. As a licensed broker and claims manager, she has experience in both the fully insured and self-funded markets. Granakis is currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration from Cleveland State University.
Serving as a Claims Manager, Alexandra has experience in risk management and medical underwriting. She works closely with medical professionals in determining accuracy of billing, possible fraud and medical coding errors. Her experience in Claims Administration also incorporates internal and external audits.
Alexandra is dedicated to the day to day operations and client satisfaction. With extensive experience in ERISA compliance, human resources and Benefit Administration, she is an expert in her field. She oversees operational processing and corporate administration in addition to management responsibilities.
VINCE PALUMBO
Vince Palumbo has over 15 years in the health and wellness industry. He is experienced in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies and programs to meet the specific business needs of an organization. Palumbo is an innovative and goal-oriented agent known for driving top and bottom-line profitability. Palumbo is a Northwest Ohio native and sports enthusiast and a graduate of The Ohio State University.
